About the Event
PRE-REQUISITES:This workshop is for those who have attended a Moving Beyond Stress Introductory Workshop (or previous 2 Day Workshop) & would like to go deeper with their understanding of the Moving Beyond Stress model as it relates to our Health.
YOU WILL DISCOVER:
- How stress affects your health (physically, mentally & emotionally)
- How you can reduce your risk of ill health & feel great
- How to deal with the frustrations of chronic disease & illness
- How to support others who are experiencing ill health
- How to create lasting change in your life
We will revisit the key concepts of the Moving Beyond Stress model building on your toolbox of tips & tricks. We will also explore your beliefs around Health & Wellbeing and how they may be impacting on your everyday life.
Bookings are essential as limited places are available due to COVID restrictions & guidelines.
Recommended for ages 16+. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
A minimum of 3 days notice is required to cancel your place at the workshop, otherwise the full fee will apply.
In the event that course participants are not satisfied with the content and outcome of the workshop, if they make their objections known to the course facilitator before the end of the workshop their money will be refunded in full.
If the participant does not raise their dissatisfaction before the end of the workshop they must put their request for refund in writing within 14 days after the workshop, explaining why a refund is required.
